So my nights have been pretty chill, nothing new or exciting. But with the semester closing in and big projects being due in the coming months I need to present a topic for my paper for this class. My topic and what I'm going to write about is, Is Isolated Sleep Paralysis (ISP) a Sleep Disorder? The reason why I chose this is because ISP-pardon my French- is the MOST FU@*ING SCARIEST SH*T YOU'LL EVER FU#!ING EXPERIENCE! and it's interesting why it happens and it's happened to me several times so yea. That's why I'm writing about it.

I would be terrified of ISP! Thank goodness it has never happened to me. I look forward to seeing a paper on this--very unique topic! Just to give you some direction on this, you should already be thinking about it in terms of the debate. Are you taking the "yes" or "no" side to the question you posed? Does anyone *not* call it a sleep disorder? If everyone does, then it's not really a debate, and you'll need to brainstorm a new angle for your ISP topic.
