As the semester winds down to the second half that means that midterms are starting to come along and that means it's time to show how much I've learned or at least make an attempt to show what I have learned. I've felt like I have learned a lot through the first half of the semester, especially with all the sleep cycle stuff and the stages that the brain goes through during sleep. What really surprised me though is the health factors of sleep and how much our bodies and lives can be affected by sleep.
Ever since learning about the health factors of sleep I have been paying more and more attention to my sleeping habits and how my body is reacting according to the hours I slept the night before and if I'm sleep deprived. But overall I feel prepared for the midterm, but a review would be nice to make sure that there isn't anything that I have forgotten. And I haven't really put too much thought into a paper topic but after the midterm I'll start to think about stuff and see where it goes from there.
