So these past few days I have been going to sleep pretty late actually. Not really staying up doing homework but I just keep tossing and turning, not really being able to fall asleep quickly. Although the good thing about it is that I still feel well rested when I wake up. Now that we have a time change I'm just happy we get an extra hour of sleep :D. I haven't been able to remember my dreams but I am just happy that my sleeping seems to be going great so far.

Have you tried white noise or counting sheep? It seems silly, but sometimes counting does help me.
