So my sleep routine has improved tremendously since I have found out that you yourself can induce lucid dreaming if you really try. Well lucid dreaming is hard but you can't reach lucid dreaming unless if you experience sleep paralysis first. But after trying this out I have noticed that I fall asleep faster and I have actually started to remember my dreams very vividly. My dreams have been very weird and well some are pretty embarrassing to say. But I have woken up in the same position that I have fallen asleep in and I feel more rested but only when I really focus on just clearing my mind before going to sleep. If I don't do this than it feels like I haven't slept in forever when I wake up.
