Captain's Dream Log

We having been talking a lot in class about sleep and how it affects your health. I have been paying more attention to my sleeping habits and I have to say that I'm getting better at going to bed at an appropriate time. Although I have noticed that I am still waking up pretty tired as if I didn't get enough sleep but once I get up and start going I feel wide awake and alert. I went three nights without remembering what I dreamt about, but I haven't had any awakenings during the night and everything seems to be going good. I think it's mostly because I still haven't had any exams in any of my classes so I guess I'm not stressing over anything yet. But it's almost around that time when first exams are coming so who knows how my sleeping cycle will be affected.

  1. As long as you take care of business you shouldn't have to worry about your exams. Don't let them interfere with your sleep!!
